Ingredients
- 1 pre bought frozen natural cheesecake
- 200 grams white chocolate
- Crushed pistachos
- Freeze dried raspberries
Instructions
Cut the frozen cheesecake into 8 pieces. Insert the ice cream stick and put them back in the freezer. Melt the chocolate and dip the cheesecake in the chocolate. Drizzle some more chocolate on top for a beautiful design and sprinkle some freeze dried raspberries and crushed pistachos on top. Let them set.
