Ingredients
- 200 grams melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3,5 dl white sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbs vanilla powder
- 4,5 dl flour
- White chocolate chips
Topping
- Biscoff spread
- Biscoff cookies
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar for 5 minutes. Add the melted butter and mix well. Incorporate all the other dry ingredients, then add the chocolate chips. Prepare a baking pan (25x20 cm) and pour in the batter. Bake for 21-22 minutes at 175 degrees celsius. Once the brownies have cooled, spread some Biscoff spread on top, then add an extra Biscoff cookie on top for decoration.
