Biscoff Bites

Ingredients

- 100 grams cream cheese

- 250 grams biscoff cookies

- 150 grams white chocolate

Instructions

Crush the Biscoff cookies (saving some for the topping, as shown in the TikTok video). Add the cream cheese and mix until a dough forms. Shape the dough into small balls. Melt some white chocolate, dip the balls into the melted chocolate, and place them onto parchment paper. Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff cookies on each one. Allow them to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
