Ingredients
- 200 grams melted butter
- 0,5 grams saffron
- 3 eggs
- 3,5 dl white sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbs vanilla powder
- 4,5 dl flour
Topping
- Whipped cream
- Raspberry jam
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar for 5 minutes. Add the saffron to the melted butter, then incorporate the melted butter into the mixture and mix well. Add all the other dry ingredients. Prepare a baking pan (25x20 cm) and pour in the batter. Bake for 21-22 minutes at 175 degrees celsius. Allow the brownies to sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours before adding the topping, or in the freezer for 1 hour. Whip the cream and spread it over the brownies, then drizzle raspberry jam all over.
