Ingredients
- 200 grams soft butter
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 0,5 dl white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3,5 dl flour
- 200 grams chocolate
- Flake salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Incorporate all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix again. Scoop the cookie dough onto a sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes, until they are brown around the edges (175 degrees celcius). While the cookies are still warm, place one square of chocolate on each cookie and sprinkle some flake salt on top.
