Recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3,5 dl sugar
- 2 dl milk
- 200 grams melted butter
- 4 dl flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 dl cacao
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- 100 grams melted butter
- 0,5 dl cacao
- 5 dl powdered sugar
- 2 tsp milk
Extras
- 1 dl shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Combine the eggs and sugar. Add the milk and melted butter, then mix in all the dry ingredients. Prepare a baking pan (approximately 30x20 cm) and pour in the batter. Bake for around 25 minutes at 175 degrees celcius. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the middle; it should come out dry. For the topping, melt some butter and the remaining ingredients on the stove until everything is mixed. Once the cake is baked, poke it with a fork and spread the topping over it. Finally, sprinkle some shredded coconut over the cake.
