Ingredients
- 150 grams melted butter
- 1,5 dl brown sugar
- 1,5 dl regular white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 3,5 dl flour
- 100 grams white chocolate
- Raspberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Mix the melted butter with the brown sugar and white sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Incorporate all the dry ingredients. Then, add the chopped white chocolate and raspberries, mixing gently. Prepare a baking pan (25x20 cm) and pour in the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees celcius.
