Ingredients
- 200 grams soft butter
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 0,5 dl white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs vanilla powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3,5 dl flour
- 150 grams milk chocolate chips
Topping
- Melted kinder chocolate
- Crushed kinder bueno
- Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Incorporate all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix again. Scoop the cookie dough onto a sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes until they are brown around the edges (175 degrees celcius). Allow the cookies to cool before starting with the topping. For the topping, melt the Kinder chocolate, chop the peanuts, and crush the Kinder Bueno. Add one tablespoon of melted Kinder chocolate on each cookie, along with some crushed Bueno and nuts.
