Ingredients
- 200 grams soft butter
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 0,5 dl white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs vanilla powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3,5 dl flour
- 150 grams milk chocolate chips
Topping
- Salted caramel sauce
- 200 grams melted milk chocolate
- Chopped peanuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Incorporate all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix again. Scoop the cookie dough onto a sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes until they are golden brown around the edges (175 degrees celsius). Allow the cookies to cool before proceeding with the topping. Once cooled, add the salted caramel and place the cookies in the freezer for 10 minutes. Drizzle with milk chocolate, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and allow them to sit until the chocolate has hardened.
