Lemon Loaf

Recipe: 

Ingredients 

- 3 dl white sugar

- Zest from 2 lemons

- 225 grams melted butter

- 3 eggs

- 1 dl milk

- 5,5 dl flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp vanilla powder

- 0,5 tsp salt

Glaze

- 2 dl powdered sugar

- 2 tbs lemon juice


Instructions

Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Rub the sugar and lemon zest together. Add the melted butter and whisk. Now, add the eggs and mix. Add the milk and all the dry ingredients, then blend. Pour the batter into a bread-form lined with parchment paper. Bake for 55-60 minutes at 175 degrees celsius. Now, make the glaze by blending the powdered sugar and lemon juice together, then spread it over the loaf. Cut it up and enjoy.
