Brownies with Ganache

Recipe:

Ingredients

- 3 eggs

- 3,5 dl white sugar

- 1 dl brown sugar

- 200 grams melted butter

- 1,5 dl cacao

- 3 dl regular flour

- Pinch of salt

- 1 tbs vanilla powder
Frosting (ganache)

- 200 grams milk chocolate

- 1 dl hot cream

Extras 

- Flake salt (optional)

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add the melted butter and mix well. Next, incorporate all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a 20x25 cm baking form and bake for 21 minutes at 175 degrees celsius. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Now, begin making the ganache. Warm up the cream in the microwave for a few seconds, then pour it over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes. Once the chocolate has melted, stir the ganache and let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Spread the ganache over the brownies and sprinkle some flake salt on top.
