Ingredients
- 100 grams butter
- 2 dl white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 dl regular flour
- 1 tbs vanilla powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 grams dark or milk chocolate
Topping
- 50 grams butter
- 1 dl soft butter
- 1 dl regular flour
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Whisk the butter, sugar, and eggs together. Add the banana and mix; the banana should be smashed. Add the dry ingredients and blend. Then, add the chocolate chips and mix. Pour the batter into a bread form prepared with parchment paper. Now, make the topping. Mix all the ingredients together and crumble it over the banana cake. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 175 degrees celsius. A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean, and you should have a crisp top.
