Recipe:
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3,5 dl white sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 200 grams melted butter
- 4,5 dl regular flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp yellow food coloring (optional)
Ganache
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 1 dl heated cream
Add on
- Lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Start by rubbing the zest from one lemon with the white sugar. Now add the eggs and lemon juice and mix. Add the brown sugar and whisk the batter for 5 minutes until it becomes more fluffy. Add the melted butter. Now add the dry ingredients and blend. Pour the batter into a form (25x20 cm) lined with parchment paper. Bake for 21-22 minutes at 175 degrees celcius. You can now start with the ganache. Break the chocolate into pieces, warm up the cream in the microwave for a couple of seconds, and pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 5 minutes; when the chocolate has melted, mix the ganache. Put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. When the brownies have cooled, spread the ganache all over and add some lemon zest.
