Ingredients
- 400 g red velvet cake
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g white chocolate chips
Instructions
Start off by crumbling the red velvet cake. The recipe for the cake base can be found here on the blog under the title "Red Velvet Cake." Once the cake is crumbled, take 0.5 dl out and set it aside for decoration later on. Now, in a bowl, mix the cake crumbs and cream cheese together. Roll the cake pop dough into small balls and set aside. Melt the white chocolate and dip the cake pops. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle some more cake crumbs on top. Let them set and enjoy!
