Ingredients
- 200 grams melted butter
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl regular white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl flour
- 1 dl cacao
- 4 tsp milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 50 grams chocolate chips
Ganache
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 0,5 dl warmed up cream
Additional
- Flake salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Start by melting the butter. Add both sugars and mix well. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Scoop the cookie dough onto a sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 12-13 minutes. Set them aside to cool.
Now, start making the ganache by warming the cream in the microwave or on the stove. Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a couple of minutes. When the chocolate has melted, mix very well until everything is incorporated. Let the ganache sit in the fridge for at least 40 minutes.
When the cookies have cooled and the ganache is firmer, spread about 1 tablespoon of ganache on top of each cookie. Sprinkle some flake salt on top and enjoy!
