Ingredients
- 100 grams raw broccoli
- 100 grams mushrooms
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 chili
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Dried thyme
- Fresh thyme
- Lemon pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 dl cream
- 500 grams of pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Fry the broccoli and mushrooms in a sauce pan with olive oil. Add the butter, spices, and stock cube. Then, add the chili and garlic. Now, incorporate the fresh thyme and the cream. Boil the pasta separately. Allow the sauce to boil for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta and mix well. Finally, shred some Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy.
