Ingredients
- 2 whole garlic
- 1 charlotte onion
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Flake salt
- 50 grams butter
- 0,5 dl chopped parsley
- Chilli flakes
- 1 loaf of bread cut in half
- Cheese (gouda)
Instructions
Cut the tops off the garlic and peel the onion. Put them in aluminum foil and drizzle some olive oil and flaked salt over them. Roast them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Take them out of the oven and mash them into a paste, mixing with the butter and spices. Spread this mixture over the bread. Add the cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
