Ingredients
- 3 dl flour
- 3 tbs cacao
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 gram dark chocolate
- 125 gram butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl white sugar
- 1,5 dl brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- Flake salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven, 175 degrees celcius. Blend the flour, vanilla powder, cocoa, salt, and baking powder together. Set it aside. In a different bowl, melt the chocolate and add the butter cut into cubes, then mix until the butter has melted into the chocolate. Now, in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugars for 5 minutes, just until the mixture turns a light beige. You can now add the chocolate mixture and mix. Lastly, add the flour mixture and mix. Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined sheet, making sure to keep the cookies apart from each other (around 3 cm). Then bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes at 175 degrees celcius. Once baked and cooled, sprinkle some flake salt on top and enjoy.
