Ingredients
- 200 g pistachio spread
- 300 g milk chocolate
- 2 tbs tahini (sesame paste)
- 4 tbs butter
- 250 g knafeh pastry
- Green food coloring
For decoration (optional)
- Edible gold glitter
- White chocolate
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan. While it's heating up, cut up the knafeh pastry. Fry the pastry on the stove until it becomes golden brown and crispy. Now, in a bowl, add the pistachio spread, green food coloring, and tahini. Mix well and set aside. Melt the white chocolate and decorate your chocolate form (optional). Melt half of the milk chocolate and coat the form, then put it in the fridge until it sets. Once the chocolate has set, fill each bar with the pistachio filling. Now, melt the remaining milk chocolate and pour it on top of the chocolate form. Make sure to lock in the filling very well. Put the form in the fridge, let the chocolate bars set, and enjoy!
