Ingredients
For the cookie dough
- 100 grams soft butter
- 1,25 dl brown sugar
- 0,25 dl white sugar
- 0,5 tbs vanilla powder
- 2,5 dl flour
- 100 grams milk chocolate chips
Topping
- 100 grams melted milk chocolate
- Flake salt
Instructions
Blend the butter and sugar together. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix. Lastly add the chocolate chips and mix. Prepare a sheet lined with parchment paper. Scoop the cookie dough onto the sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly. Melt the milk chocolate and pour it on top. Lastly, sprinkle some flake salt on top and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Break the bark inti pieces and enjoy!
